9 months old

 At her 9 month pediatrician check up on Friday, Matisse was at the 95th percentile for both weight  (22 lb 3 oz) and height (29 1/4 in)!  She can stand for a very long time now, and is even walking along the ottoman a little bit while holding on to it.  She has started shaking her head no and clapping her hands.  Her favorite game right now is to be chased by mommy while daddy runs around the house.

8.5 months old

Since our last post, Matisse has started crawling, pushing up to standing, and now has her two bottom front teeth (all within 1 week!).  She is babbling a few different sounds now, and has started the whole it's-fun-to-throw-things-on-ground-for-mommy-to-pick-up thing.

Uncle Brandon took some pictures of us in our Christmas dress on Thanksgiving:
